IUBMB-91ÁÔÆæ-FASBMBÌýPROBio-Africa (‘Promoting Research Opportunities for Biochemists in Africa’) is a new joint venture between 91ÁÔÆæ, the International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology () and theÌýFederation of African Societies of Biochemistry and Molecular BiologyÌý(). PROBio-Africa Fellowships, funded jointly by 91ÁÔÆæ and IUBMB, enable PhD students and postdoctoral fellows from Africa to spend up to six months in the laboratory of a scientist in a 91ÁÔÆæ country, by providing funds to cover travel and living expenses for the research visit.
